Delivery is free for orders with a value of over £75 excluding VAT which are sent by our usual means in one consignment. Orders of £75 or less (excluding VAT) incur a delivery charge of £6 plus VAT.
Method of delivery may vary between orders. The majority of orders are delivered directly by us, but in some circumstances we may opt to use a third-party delivery provider like Royal Mail, courier or parcels company.
Whilst we make every effort to delivery goods within estimated timecales, delivery is subject to a number of factors including, among other things, stock availability and shipping restrictions (see below). We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of goods where the delay is beyond our control.
Delivery Restrictions
Certain goods are subject to shipping restrictions and regulations. These goods - including aerosols, batteries, chemicals, gases and flammable materials - may not be shipped via courier or parcels company. Any such goods are delivered directly by us and may be subject to further order restrictions. We will inform you upon order receipt if any such restrictions apply.
